2.The
Donation Scheme for "Construction of Durga Bhawan" at Bhawan.
Registration of Individual Donors: The Donor shall
register under Donation Scheme The donor shall provide the
detail at the time of registration. Following
documents are mandatory at the time of registration
·
Photocopy of Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter Card.
·
Photocopy of PAN Card.
·
Two
Passport size photographs
Registration of an Institution: In case of registration of
an Institution/ Organization / Trust, the members (maximum 05)
to be registered under the scheme shall be nominated by the head
of the Institution / Organization / Trust at the time of
Registration. Following documents of the members are mandatory
for the registration:

Photocopy of Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter Card.
·
Photocopy of PAN Card.
·
Two
Passport size photographs

Commencement of Privileges: The privileges, to the registered
Donors/ Institutions, shall commence from the date of
confirmation by SMVDSB after
receipt of Donation Amount.
SSVP:
In case of Individual donors, the SSVP Privilege shall be
admissible to immediate family members (maximum 05 including
Donor) declared at the
time of registration.
Donor shall be entitled to book a maximum of 05 SSVP in either
morning or evening slots on the day of Pilgrimage.
Maximum
05 SSVP slots shall be available for booking in each morning and
evening Aarti under Donation scheme. In case the 05 slots have
been availed
by a Donor then the other Donor necessarily has to opt for
another day's slot.
The SSVP Privilege under Donation Scheme shall not be available
during the auspicious days as notified by the SMVD 'Shrine Board
excluding Saturday
and Sunday.
In
case the total no. of admissible SSVP and Atka Darshan has not
been availed during the year, it will not carry forward to next
year.
Atka Aarti
:
The donor shall be entitled to avail maximum 05 Atka in either
morning or evening Aarti Slots. For availing Atka, the Donor
shall inform the Enquiry and
Reservation Section of the Shrine Board through an email
indicating the
names of the Pilgrims and date of their pilgrimages.
The Enquiry & Reservation Section in coordination with Donation
Section shall maintain a proper record of availed privileges
during a year under an intimation to the Donors
The Enquiry & Reservation Section shall furnish a list of
Pilgrims availing Atka Aarti under Donation Scheme on daily
basis.
The Reception at Bhawan (Room No. 4) shall verify the identity
of the Pilgrims before allowing them to attend Atka Aarti
Timeline for booking privileges: The request for availing
privileges shall be accepted only if it is made at least 15 days
prior to the visit and the same
once confirmed cannot be postponed, preponed or
cancelled.
Mode of Payment: The Donation shall be made through RTGS
/ NEFT / IMPS I Cheque / Demand Draft. The amount once
donated shall not be
refunded under any circumstance. The Tax Benefit under 80G shall
be
applicable.
Acknowledgement: Acceptance of the Donation policy
along-with the particulars of the scheme shall be issued to the
Donor. After the confirmation
of realization of full Donation amount by the Accounts Section,
the
acknowledgement of the donation acceptance along with admissible
privileges in the availed category shall be conveyed to the
Donor.
Privilege Card: The Privilege card shall be issued to the
Donor and members by the Donation Section.
Loss
of Card: In case of loss of Donor Card, a fresh Donor Card
shall be issued on the written request of the Donor/Institution.
Non-Transferable:
The Donor's Card once issued shall not be transferred to other
family members / friends at the later stage unless in case of
Death of
Donor or his/ her family member. In the case of Institution, the
head of the
institution can change the member(s) once 'in 3 years.
The Chief Executive Officer, SMVDSB, reserves the right to
accept or reject Donation from any of the Donor, without
assigning any reason thereof.
Interpretation: If any question arises relating to the
interpretation of provisions of the Donation Policy, the
decision of the Chief Executive Officer, SMVDSB,
shall be final and binding on both the parties.
Amendment: The Board reserves the right to amend / modify
any of the provisions of this policy with the mutual consent of
the Donor.
Jurisdiction: All legal proceedings concerning disputes
arising out in any way connected with this Donation Policy shall
be subject to the jurisdiction of local
Courts at Katra I Reasi only.
