The
operator reserves the rights, without assigning any
reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or
delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or
alter the stopping place or places or to deviate from
the route of the journey or to change the type of
aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability
in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other
person on any ground whatsoever. The operator reserves
to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom
it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of
the operator may constitute risk to the aircraft or to
the persons on board.

In the
event of death of a passenger or any bodily injury or
wound suffered which results in a permanent disablement
incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied
with his usual duties or business or occupation, the
liability of the operator for each such passenger shall
be Rs.7,50,000-00 and the cause of death or bodily
injury, as the case may be, is attributable to the air
travel, the liability of the carrier shall be subject to
provisions of Carriage by Air Act 1934.

Passengers
are requested to report at the departure heliport one
hour before the notified departure time of the flight or
at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD. Passengers
reporting beyond these timings shall be treated as “NO
SHOW” passengers and the Operator reserves the right to
allot the seat to other passengers.
4.
Children
below 2 years of age will be carried free of cost.
However, such children shall be carried in the lap of the accompanying adult. In case of dispute regarding age of
child, valid proof of age shall be the deciding factor.
5.
Senior
citizens, patients, VIPs, ladies, children, physically
handicapped persons or any other person sponsored by SMVDSB for priority heli-lift will be accorded priority
over all other passengers.
6.
Each advance
booked passenger will be required to produce his/her
valid photo identity, proof carrying the
number of photo I-Card for being allowed entry at the
time of check-in.
7.
Advance
booked passengers will have priority over spot booked
passengers.
8.
Passengers
are requested to follow all the safety instructions
given at the helipad.
9.
Check-in
baggage allowed for helicopter travel is 10 kg
per head, cabin baggage and excess baggage are not
allowed in helicopter flight.
10.
For safe
helicopter flying it is imperative that weight
restriction parameters are adhered to. The passengers
are requested to cooperate with the staff of the
operator in this regard. |
